Was a little difficult to assemble the tube frame pieces other than that it went together smoothly. This is a very tough sturdy swing. Great value for the money. Our grandchildren have lots of fun on this swing when they visit.
I can only give this product an overall rating of 1 stars due to its assembly being far more difficult than is indicated. It is definitely a two person job. Online videos skip the last step in connecting the metal pipes, which is the most important part and also the most difficult. There were times I thought I was going to break the fabric or bend the pipes. Once together, the hanging is fairly easy.
I originally had issues with this swing but the company has worked very hard to correct my issue. Overall, this is a good swing for children and the customer service is superior. Thanks.

The ropes were uneven in length so the swing was wonky, wasn’t able to swing straight. The pipes that fit into the sleeves became loose, the material used to make the inner swing became saggy. We actually try filling the deep sagging with a pillow, that did not work! We eventually took it down for the safety of our kids!!! Would not buy it again!!!
