Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before product delivery. If the order is canceled you will be fully refunded. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns and refunds (if applicable)
1. Within 30 days for return or exchange by our products quality or mistaken delivery:
- Within seven days for refund: Customers need to send the unit back as requested (RMA). We will fully refund the cost of the product after we receive the package and complete the condition-check.
- Within seven days for exchange: Customers need to send the unit back as requested ( RMA). We will check the parcel's condition and accessories before exchanging other models. We assume the full shipping fee to resend the new item to you.
- Within 30 days but over seven days, for return or exchange: Customers need to pay to send the unit back as requested (RMA). We will check the parcel's condition and accessories before refunding the total amount of the original order or exchange another model under your agreement. For exchange, we assume the shipping fee to send the new item to you.
2. Within 30 days for refund or exchange not by our mistake:
- Within seven days, if you return for a refund, 20% of the unit's price will be charged as a restocking fee. And if you want to exchange items,15% of the unit's price will be charged as a restocking fee.
- Within 30 days but over seven days, if you return for a refund, 25% of the unit's price will be charged as a restocking fee. And if you want to exchange items, 20% of the unit's price will be charged as a restocking fee.
- In such a case, no matter the return for exchange or refund, all the shipping fees are at customers' costs.
3.Over 30 days but within 18 months
- If the products can not be used anymore, it is better to pay us the shipping cost, we will replace a new product for you directly.
Additions
- The tax which is paid by the recipient will not be refunded or compensated.
- The cost of installation by someone else isn't refundable.
Note: Items returned must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We don't accept returns of products with missing accessories. We reserve the rights to refuse issuing refunds for such items
So before you send it back, please pack it carefully to increase the security during shipment. You are required to fill the series number before sending it back. We will take pictures when we get the parcel as proof.
For the return address, please contact our service team via klokick@outlook.com. We will send the address to you after you send the return apply email to us.
4. Before Customers send the parcel back, Customers should request our RMA first. If the parcel is against the rules of the RMA, we reserve the right to reject the parcel and send the parcel back to you all at your cost.
Seven days- starts from the day when the recipient signs the parcel
30 days- starts from the day when the recipient signs the parcel
365 days- starts from the day when the parcel is sent.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed , and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
Note: 1. The refund of the cancelled order will be processed within 2 working days.
2. The refund of the returned product will be processed after receiving the return and confirming that it meets the return conditions. It will not exceed 15 working days.
3. If you need to return the items, please contact us through the email address: klokick@outlook.com, and attach the order number and a brief reason for the return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at klokick@outlook.com.
Customer service is currently only available in our working hours (9:00 am to 18:00 pm, GMT+8:00). We ensure you will get an answer within 24 working hours (Except weekend and national holidays). So if you encounter issues during this period, please don’t worry, we will get back to you as soon as possible after we are back to the office.
Attention:
1. Natural disasters, incorrect use, unauthorized repairs, artificial damages are not within the scope of warranty.
2. If you want us to fix the problems or replace a new one due to above mentioned conditions,please contact our customer service for further support
Note:
All the parcels should be sent via the local post office. Scan the receipt to Klokick after delivery. Klokick reserves the right to make the final compensation by the amount written on the receipt and the market quotations of the post office service of different countries.
