The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Shipment within 24-48 hours on working days (Monday~Friday: 9:00 am to 18:00 pm)
- within 72 hours on weekends and holidays
Shipping Info:
We ship items via different carrier according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either Way will take about 2-8 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
-Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
-And much regret that some extra-remote or off-shore areas will charge extra postage fee and some are not being able to deliver. We will firstly contact with You and ask about your willing before dealing with your order. Please pay attention to your message before dispatch.
-You could also check your postage charge by yourself in the ‘Postage and Payments’ section of the listing. Simply enter the postcode of your delivery address, then the Applicable postage and the available shipping method will be displayed.
-Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
-Some products may be sent in more than one packages.
-Please leave your phone num (if you have not written that on the shipping address) to us, for the courier to contact you easily.

Estimated arrival dates are for domestic orders placed today. We've adjusted these estimates to account for holidays and weekends.
Estimated arrival dates don't apply to:
- Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and other rural areas
- Deliveries made to U.S. territories, APO, FPO and international addresses
- Items that must be sent by ground shipping: hazardous, flammable and oversize items as noted in the product information
- Items shipped common carrier freight, including boats and car-top boxes
- Bikes
- Items that are out of stock at the time of ordering
- Items that are ordered online for REI Store Pickup

We will arrange the shipment for your item within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your item is sent, an email with tracking number will be sending to you as well..
What should I do if I did not receive my product?
If the package had been signed but actually you still did not receive the product, we will ship another new one to you after we check the express details. Pls contact us immediately if you got any shipping question.
