Our trampoline comes with a thick polyethylene enclosure net around the trampoline for safety, fade-resistant, and resistance to tearing. We ship items via different carrier according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either Way will take about 2-8 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
-Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
-And much regret that some extra-remote or off-shore areas will charge extra postage fee and some are not being able to deliver. We will firstly contact with You and ask about your willing before dealing with your order. Please pay attention to your message before dispatch.

What should I do if I did not receive my product?
If the package had been signed but actually you still did not receive the product, we will ship another new one to you after we check the express details. Pls contact us immediately if you got any shipping question.

This is a great trampoline. Good size for grandma's back yard. Husband assembled it in about an hour. Survived a very strong wind snow storm with just a slight tweak to net poles. Was able to easily remove net and spring pad for winter storage. Left the mat up. Easily sweep snow off the mat.
Everything came packaged in one box. The assembly was not too challenging however, the instructions were not the greatest. Either way we got it done. It took about 1 hours (some errors were made 🙃). The kids (3 totaling about 130 lbs) were still able to jump. They LOVED IT!!! We’ve used it everyday the weather permits (Best thing since we been schooling/summer break/working from home). I was skeptical about the listed 440lb limit but an adult was on it at 200lbs.
Overall we are very satisfied!
Was very easy to setup and is a great quality trampoline. My kids are having a lot of fun. Fedex delivery was terrible and came with box torn and springs missing. But the company support quickly sent the missing pieces to me.
My son has wanted a trampoline for as long as we can remember (he's 10)...at least 5 years. Anyway, my wife and I have always resisted because we know that they are dangerous with regards to the risks to broken bones, especially when you have more than 1 kid bouncing. (One of the things that we liked about the trampoline parks, pre-Covid, was the fact that each kid has his own square to bounce in, even though their square "moves" as they bounce). So, we bought our son this trampoline for a Christmas present because trampoline parks still don't feel safe to us with regards to Covid. He loves his new trampoline. What I noticed about this trampoline is that it has significantly better bounce than others in it's price range ($300-$400). I estimate that I've bounced on 30+ trampolines over the past 20 years, mostly in the last 5, with our son. Obviously, you can spend $2500 on a rectangular gymnast trampoline and get even more bounce, but for this price, it's the best bounce I've been on over the past 20 years that's not gymnast grade.
Good quality, it suffers rainy days, but still looks as new as I received.
